Not sure how I feel about Apple's latest ad campaign during the Olympic game coverage. To some degree, they've earned the right to "brag" about their excellent customer support at the Genius Bar. Over the years and times I've had to visit them, I've never had an issue with getting my stuff fixed or replaced timely.
However, their latest round of ads don't seem to reflect that same air of confidence. They seem cheap and tawdry and Apple seems to be promoting its first-class tech support on the same level as Best Buy's Geek Squad.
It seems as though Steve's magic over the marketing department has faded. I just hope the same inspiration doesn't drain out of the pipeline for its products for years to come.
